Well we have blinked and January and February are over! Thank you to everyone who has already made their
annual subscription payments please remember to quote the invoice and/or membership number when you pay
so we can allocate the payment correctly and get your certificates and cards out to you promptly. CSA payment
terms are 30 days. Please note that as of March 2025 we will no longer be accepting card payments. This decision
has been made as we have seen a massive decline in card payments and over 90% of you now pay via bank
transfer or paypal. Please note this going forward.

The CSA office is very busy at the moment with SKILLcard very much still being the hot topic. Please note the CSA
office are trying to help you and find the best solution for you so please remember to be polite and courteous
when you speak with any of the administrative team, some of the calls we have been getting are NOT ok and will
not be tolerated. We still have sponsorship opportunities available for the Gala awards and winter editions of
Index so if you are interested in reserving these or would like more information please let me know.
