CSA REMEMBERS

BRIAN TOWNSEND

1935 – 2019

t is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Brian Townsend,
Iformer Managing Director and founder of End Systems Ltd. Brian passed
away on Sunday 15th September at 3.45am surrounded by his family. True to

form, Brian fought his short illness right up until the end and will be sorely
missed not only by his family but by the many that knew him in the industry

and beyond.

It is a testament to him that so many of the high flyers in the HVAC industry
began their careers with Brian at End Systems. End Systems still continues to
thrive and grow under the directorship of his daughter, Kay. Having influenced

so many lives through his work within the industry, his presidency of the HVAC,
now BESA, as a founder member of the CSA in 1990, his time as a judge with

Crufts and as a valued member and Chairman of the Cavalier Club.

We truly have lost a titan of the industry, a beloved husband, father,

grandfather and great grandad.

The loss is immeasurable.
